For the returning of orders:

The money returns will be available up to 60 days starting the day that you receive your order. You must ask for the return of merchandise through an e-mail referring the day of release, we will evaluate your request in a 60 days period and we will decide if the return of your money proceeds. If the return you are requesting is due to our mistake, we will give you all the money you have spent in the shipment, and then, if it proceeds, we will send you the correct product.

If the request of return is not due to our mistake, you will be responsible of all the money spent in the shipment of the product. You must send back the product using a mail. You must be sure that we can track the product with a guide number. It is recommended that you ensure well the package, because you will be responsible that all the articles arrive to the Customer service center in their original condition, verify that the packing is in good conditions. No return will be available after 60 days from the day you receive your order.

As a measure against potential abuse, we reserve the right to deny a return to anyone who has asked for it if after our evaluation we determine that the request is excessive.
